CIK NanoTek Corporation (Hereinafter referred to as "We") regard the protection of name, address, and other personal information (Hereinafter referred to as "personal information") provided by customers, suppliers, and others is social responsibility.

However, we except the cases as below.

We may share the personal information with our affiliates within a necessary range for purpose of use in 1.
We are responsible for controlling the personal information in the above sharing.

We are taking measures such as establishing a management system for protection of protection by preparing corporate rules to protect personal information and appointing an administrator of protection.
We follow the company rules and strive for necessary and appropriate safety management for preventing the illegal access, leaking, loss and damage of personal information.

We review the activities for protection of personal information continuously, and strive for improvement.
